We believe that each child’s cognitive, social, emotional, physical and creative development can be fostered through play, exploration and interaction with their environment including positive relationships with peers and adults. The IWPS adheres to a child-centered approach where the strength and uniqueness of individuals are valued and a and constructing their own knowledge. Within a play-based hands-on enabling environment, learning will take place in a social context as children explore materials, ask questions, make predictions and experiments and assess outcomes.
